In order to assist our photographers before they arrive,  we have prepared a checklist of things that you can do to help prepare for the shoot

• Make sure all lightbulbs in the house have the same color temperature. For example, all fluorescent or all incandescent 

• Open all curtains and blinds to ensure natural lighting can come in

• Make sure all lights are turned on and functioning

• Turn off all ceiling fans 

• turn off any television or computer screens

• Complete a detailed cleaning including washing windows, sweeping, mopping, and wiping countertops

• Make all the beds and straighten cushions on furniture

• Remove and personal belongings including any hanging photographs 

• Make sure sink is empty,  and unnecessary items are removed from counte

• Keep toilet seats closed

• Move all parked vehicles off of the driveway and down the street so that they are not in-front of the property

• Move trash cans

• Keep garage doors closed

• Keep a maintained landscape and remove any uneccesary objects from lawn such as gardening tools or toys

• Skim pool and clean patio
